Max Appenroth (no pronouns/he) is a trans activist, author, content creator, presenter, diversity consultant, and coach from Cologne. Max has been advocating for the rights and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people in society, politics, and the media for over 20 years. With a PhD in medical sciences and the founding of the social impact startup Diversity Factory, Max brings perspectives that connect queer life with structural change.
