DJ Bambi Mercury is unique in the drag world: Bambi makes it clear that drag can do anything and that everyone* should be creative. In his DJ sets, Bambi mixes old with new and surprises with exciting mixes and mash-ups, a pinch of retro songs and a bunch of new hits. The looks are a mix of fantasy and pop culture. Many of the looks are sustainable, as upcycling is a major theme for Bambi. Bambi is also the first drag queen to have a “German Television Award” on her shelf at home. On behalf of the creative team of the show “Viva La Diva”, in which she brought together queer designers and allies from the community.
