During the queer street festival:

The entire square, including the nearby Dom/Römer and Römer/Paulskirche stops, as well as the subway and tram stops at Willy-Brandt-Platz, is barrier-free. In addition to wheelchair-accessible cable bridges, we provide a stage pit reserved for wheelchair users for a direct and immediate stage experience. From there, you also have unrestricted access to a place to retreat. For the deaf, the program on the main stage is translated by sign language interpreters. At the dance stage, you can simply let yourself be carried away by the bass. Toilets are located on the grounds to the right of the main stage on Untermainkai, near St. Leonhard Church, at the “Basar der Vielfalt” (Bazaar of Diversity), and near the dance stage.

Talk to us. The team at the information stand at the Basar der Vielfalt will be happy to help you and put you in touch with our “Helping Hands.”

During the rally:

Join us for the rally. A wheelchair-accessible toilet will be available during the event directly in front of the stairs of the Historisches Museum/Junges Museum.

During the demonstration:

The demonstration will take place on public streets and squares. We cannot always guarantee complete accessibility there. There are no mobile toilets along the demonstration route, so we recommend that you find a place near a shop with accessible toilets or stay close to the street festival.

For the demonstration, we offer velotaxis (bicycle taxis) for people with walking disabilities who do not use wheelchairs, as well as for visually impaired people and anyone else who needs them. Please let us know in advance and register your needs using the contact form on our website (keyword: accessibility).
